DOOR LEAF CONSTRUCTION

Group 1 – honeycomb, hollow chipboard core or chipboard (at extra charge) reinforced with rails and stiles. Model 1.4 – chipboard core. The door leaf is coverd with HDF board. lipping ABS on the side edges.

• Norm PN EN 14351-2:2018-12.
• Hollow chipboard core and chipboard core have preparation for shortening as a standard
• Size ‘110’ is available only with hollow chipboard.
• Glazing size for size ‘110’ is the same as for size ‘100’
• Size ‘100’ and ‘110’ is not available for model 1.4
• Double doors are available in any door leaf size combinations. For a double non-re bated door, ‚active’ and ‚passive’ door leaves must be ordered
• Passive door leaf (standard) is available for sizes from ‘60’ to ‘100’
• Passive door leaf (side panel) – sizes ’30’, ’40’, ’50’ is available only in fl at option (without glazing or decorative mouldings) For a double non-rebated door, ‘active’ and ‘passive’ door leaves must be ordered.
• Possibilities of ordering bespoke door models through PORTA CONTRACT
• Magnetic lock is not available for a double door
