Door frames recommended for interiors where adjustments to a wall is not required. Door frames of 100 mm profile are compatible with any door leaf. Door frames of 60 mm profile are compatible with door leaves finished with Portadecor and Portasynchro 3D veneers.

DOOR FRAME CONSTRUCTION

A door frame consists of:

  • Door frame head and two jambs, made of MDF, with hardware and accessories
  • Architraves (at additional charge)
  • Quaterrounds (at additional charge)

MINIMAX door frame for door leaves in Premium Plus UV paint is in the same finish.

The door frame is produced and delivered as a set of elements to assemble on site.

INCLUDED IN A FRAME PRICE

MINIMAX 60

  • Two or three standard barrel hinges or PRIME hinges (optionally at extra charge)
  • Door stops
  • Dowel pins, hole plugs

MINIMAX 100

Synthetic veneers:

  • Two or three standard barrel hinges or PRIME hinges (optionally at extra charge)
  • A rubber seal
  • Humidity protecting plugs for bottom part of a door frame
DOOR FRAME SIZE

Profi le width 60 mm and 100 mm Available sizes ‘60’, ‘70’, ‘80’, ‘90’ and ‘100’, and any combination of these sizes for double leaf doors.

NOTES
  • Technical Assessment ITB-KOT-2018/0358, issue 1
  • Door frames should be installed on fi nished walls (e.g. wall papers) and on a finished floor (e.g. fl oor panels)
  • 100 mm door frame is also available in a ‚channel’ option (without a rebate, a seal, hinges or a strike plate)
  • Door frames and architraves are available in the unpainted option (for self-finishing).
  • Size ‘100’ requires a third hinge.
