Technical Information

DOOR FRAME CONSTRUCTION

The door frame consists of:
– A door frame head and two jambs, made of wood-based material. It comes with hardware and accessories.
– Architraves 80 mm.

Architrave edge radius ‚arris’, for Natural veneers Architrave edge radius 1,5 mm for synthetic fi nishes: PORTAdecor, PORTAsynchro 3D,PORTAperfect 3D and Premium lacquered veneer. 3mm radius for CPL HQ 0,2 mm. PS ELEGANCE is produced and delivered as a set of elements to assemble on site.

ACCESSORIES INCLUDED IN DOOR FRAME PRICE

– Two sets of 3D adjustable hinges
– A rubber seal set circumferentially

NOTES

  • Technical Assessment ITB-KOT-2018/0358, issue 1
  • Door frames should be installed on fi nished walls (e.g. wall papers) and on a finished floor (e.g. fl oor panels)
  • The door frame is also available in a ‚channel’ option (without a rebate, a seal, hinges or a strike plate)
  • Height ‘220’: three hinges as a standard
  • Range M finished with Premium Plus UV paint and with Natural veneers consists of beam for L range and architrave with long tongue.
  • Range A – to achieve the minimum wall range of 75 mm, the installer must shorten (cut) the tongue of the removable architrave.
  • We can custom order a frame in a synthetic veneer suitable for painting in a price of a Portadecor frame.
