We have bought a lots stuff from this shop for our new home. Everything is high quality, starting from tiles, flooring, decorative plaster. I'm very impressed off knowledge of Dominka-. She helped us a lots. We have to move delivery slots twice, and they where very understanding (to Liverpool). Highly recommend

Seller suggested to purchase more items just in case and suggested that I can bring them back if not used. I came back later to return the items and was told that they do not accept returns over 1 month old. The lady who served me and another guy behind the counter did not mention any time cap for return at the time of purchase. There is no details confirming this on the invoice either. I have explained it at the shop, but they said that there was a sign behind the counter stating that and they can't do anything about it. This does sound a bit silly as I do not have any means to verify if that sign was there or not and it is not the best customer service from my view and potentially commercialy aggressive sales tactics. I have to through away about 4 liters of high quality decorative paint, 4 liters of undercoat paint and 2 liters of decorative plaster. Quite expensive and probably not the best business approach for environment. Also these is no translation to English on any of the boxes, which makes it impossible to understand and probably not even safe to use if one can't read in polish language I believe. There should be a law regulating these "business" practices.

Seller doesn't accept unopened items slightly beyond 28 days of their sworn guarantee. Buyers beware.Edit: Regarding the reply of the seller, the person making the sale did not highlight this at all, making a calculation and then giving more material just in case and stated literally that there is no problem bringing back, should it be too much. I guess one has to read the contract with you guys thoroughly and not just trust your word.

Got a lot of stuff for the flat. No complaints from my side. Stock taken straigh from the store or ordered to come from Poland (doors). Picture below shows my current work.
