Description:
- Installation of plasterboards – for renovation of walls in existing rooms or finishing works in new buildings
- Installation of gypsum mouldings and other decorative elements made of gypsum.
- Installation of rigid composite panels for thermal and acoustic insulation.
- Filing in holes up to 30 mm in mineral substrates.
- Types of substrates – walls made of brick, blocks and other similar ceramic or silicate materials, concrete, cellular concrete.
Main properties:
- Contains fibres to improve the stability of the bonded panel – especially with thick layers of adhesive.
- Excellent plasticity – adhesive is easy to apply, changes its shape during positioning of the board, fits perfectly to the substrate irregularities.
- Optimum correction time for freshly glued panels – up to 20 minutes – allows easy application of the adhesive and enough time for positioning and correcting the boards.
- High bonding strength – ensures a strong and durable bond between the plasterboard and the substrate.
- Low shrinkage after setting – the adhesive layer is free from internal cracks and deformation after setting, which guarantees good bond stability.
- ATLAS BONDER+ is produced as a dry mix based on natural gypsum, mineral fillers and modifiers.
Consumption
Average consumption is:
- 2,5-5,0kg of adhesive/ 1 m2 – fitting plasterboards,
- 1,0-1,5 kg adhesive /1 m2 for gypsum blocks.
Consumption depends on the substrate and the plasterboard fitting method.
