Description:
- Atlas Silicone Render is a thin-coat render with a decorative spotted texture. For indoor and outdoor use, especially:
recommended as a finishing coat during external wall insulation with the use of polystyrene, XPS or mineral wool boards.
for façades exposed to dirt and difficult operation conditions – perfect for buildings located in the vicinity of busy roads, in cities or highly contaminated zones, in areas surrounded by greenery.
- For a decorative and protective rendering of the external and internal walls:
– when insulating the wall from the outside using polystyrene (EPS) or mineral wool (MW), as described by Atlas in the ETICS system specification.
– on even, well-prepared and primed mineral surfaces e.g. concrete, lime and lime-concrete plasters.
The Atlas Silicone Render created a highly hydrophobic, flexible coat that’s resistant to dirt and weather conditions.
Main properties:
- Modern thin-coat silicone render based on advanced siloxane resins
– a better weather and UV resistance
– resistant to algae
– a very aesthetic finish that lasts a long time
- RESISTANT TO CRACKING – improved resistance resulting from the presence of dispersed microfibers, which strengthen the render within its entire volume – render is protected against possible cracks caused by tension and alternate surface heating and cooling.
- COLOUR DURABILITY – advanced technology provides colour durability resulting from the application of modern pigments and computer controlled system of dozing – the render keeps its initial colour, and is more resistant to bleaching and UV radiation.
- BIO PROTECTION – creates unfavourable conditions for fungi and algae growth due to low water absorption and acid-alkaline reaction.
- SELF-CLEANING during precipitation – does not require frequent cleaning.
- ELASTICITY AND STRENGTH – the formula provides improved elasticity and resistance to impacts; render compensates stress resulting from the impact and is highly resistant to chipping
- LOW ABSORBENCY – prevents moisture penetration into its structure – therefore surface keeps the wall dry and dirt-free.
Main characteristics:
- grain: 1,5 mm
- spotted texture
- 480 colours (tinting at extra charge)
Consumption:
Average consumption for 1,5 mm thickness:
– from 2,2 kg/m2 (hand application),
– from 1,9 kg/m2 (sprayed on).
Despite every effort to provide accurate images of each product’s colour and texture, actual colours and texture may vary.
We strongly recommend visiting our showroom to view samples of renders and paints. Tinted renders and paints are considered customised products and are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
