By engaging with our services or making a purchase from us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, we advise that you do not proceed with using our services.
Payment Terms
- We accept payment by debit or credit card, cash, or bank transfer only.
- Please note that we do not accept American Express as a method of payment.
- We do not offer price matching with other suppliers.
- For orders placed via telephone or online, payment on delivery is available by card or cash. Please be advised that our delivery drivers do not carry change; therefore, customers are kindly requested to have the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.
- All made-to-order items must be paid for in full prior to processing.

At Mrowka Building Supplies, we are committed to protecting your personal data and respecting your privacy in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
We only collect the personal information necessary to process and fulfil your order. This may include:

We do not store or have access to any of your bank or card details. All payments are processed securely via third-party payment providers (DOJO), in accordance with PCI-DSS compliance standards.
Delivery Terms
Van Deliveries (Local Delivery Service)
When you place an order for van delivery via our website, a member of our team will contact you within two (2) business days to confirm available delivery slots.
Deliveries will be made to the shipping address provided at the time of order. If you need to amend the delivery address or other details, please contact us as soon as possible via email – info@antbs.co.uk. Changes requested after dispatch may not be possible.
Mrowka Building Supplies aims to complete all van deliveries within six (6) working days of order confirmation. You will be contacted to arrange a suitable delivery time and provided with all necessary delivery information.
Please note:
- Deliveries are kerbside only.
- The customer is responsible for ensuring reasonable access for the delivery vehicle.
- It is your responsibility to ensure that a person or persons capable of unloading and handling the goods is present at the delivery location.
Mrowka Building Supplies reserves the right to reschedule at customers own cost or refuse delivery if access is not adequate or if no one is available to assist with unloading.
Courier Deliveries (UK Mainland)
For orders selected with courier delivery, items will be dispatched within two (2) working days. However, the estimated time of arrival (ETA) will vary depending on the courier and the shipping service selected at checkout.
Mrowka Building Supplies does NOT hold responsibility for delays caused by the courier once the goods have been dispatched. Tracking information will be provided where available.
Stock Availability and Delivery Timeframes
Please note that due to multiple store locations, stock levels may vary. If your order is urgent, we strongly recommend contacting your nearest store to confirm availability prior to placing your order.
Mrowka Building Supplies does NOT guarantee identical stock availability across all stores and reserve the right to cancel or amend your order if certain items are unavailable. In such cases, we will contact you promptly to inform you of any changes and discuss available alternatives or refund options.
All delivery times provided are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. While Mrowka Building Supplies will make every effort to deliver within the indicated timeframes, delays may occasionally occur due to stock, courier, or manufacturing factors.
In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if Mrowka Building Supplies
fails to deliver your goods within 30 days of purchase (unless a longer lead time has been agreed due to the nature of the product, such as made-to-order items), you may have the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund.
