Modern polyurethane-acrylic varnish for hardwoods and parquets indoors.
- Quick drying
- Easy application
- Non-offensive smell
Substrate preparation
The surface needs to be clean, smooth, sanded with sandpaper grit 100-120 and thoroughly cleaned of dust. Old paints/varnishes should be completely removed.
Painting
Stir well before use. The varnish can be applied directly onto the wood without the need for undercoats (apart from exotic wood or beech where an insulating undercoat and a test is needed). The recommended amount of coats: 3 (every coat 80-100g/m2) 4 to 8h apart depending on temperature and humidity during application. Before applying the last coat, sand down the surface with sandpaper 180-240 grit and remove the dust thoroughly. When the time between each coat’s application exceeds 24h, mattify the surface. Varnish reaches full hardiness after 3-4 days. Clean the tools with water.
