All delivery options, estimated costs, and available payment methods are displayed at checkout before an order is confirmed. By placing an order, you agree to the applicable delivery method, charges, and payment terms shown at the time of purchase.
We reserve the right to update or change delivery services, carriers, pricing, and availability without prior notice. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Delivery Options
We offer several delivery methods depending on the nature, size, weight, and destination of the order. The available options for your specific order will be shown at checkout.
Van Delivery
For larger or bulky items, we may offer a dedicated van delivery service.
- Delivery charges are calculated based on postcode and order size.
- Availability of van delivery is subject to location and item suitability.
- In certain cases, cash or card on delivery (COD) may be offered at our discretion for standard van deliveries.
- Cash on delivery is not available for custom-made, special-order, or non-stock items. These require full payment in advance.
We reserve the right to refuse COD at any time, depending on order type, value, or risk assessment.
Courier Services
For smaller or standard parcel deliveries, we may use third-party courier services, including but not limited to:
- FedEx (including shipments such as liquids where applicable)
- Royal Mail 24
- Royal Mail 48
- Parcelforce
- Evri
Customers select their preferred courier service at checkout from the available options. We reserve the right to use an alternative courier of comparable or superior service level where reasonably necessary, including but not limited to cost efficiency, delivery performance, or service availability.
Delivery times provided by couriers are estimates only and may be subject to delays outside our control.
Collection
Collection may be available for certain orders. If collection is selected, you will be notified when your order is ready for pickup.
- Payment may be required before collection, depending on order type.
- Cash payments may be accepted for eligible collection orders at our discretion.
Identification may be required upon collection.
Delivery Times
Any delivery times provided at checkout or elsewhere are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs processes, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Card Payment
We accept the following payment methods for online and in-store orders where applicable:

- Mastercard
We do not accept American Express.
Cash Payment
Cash payments may be accepted only in the following circumstances:
- In-store shopping
- In-person collection orders
- Certain van delivery orders (subject to eligibility and prior agreement)
We reserve the right to require full prepayment for any order at our discretion, including but not limited to high-value, custom, or non-standard items.
Order Acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including after payment has been processed, in which case a full refund will be issued where applicable.

- We may substitute courier services if required to fulfil delivery efficiently.
- Risk in goods passes to the customer upon delivery or collection, as applicable.
- This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
