Description:
- ATLAS WHITE ULTRA GEOFLEX adhesive formulation uses the innovative technology of silicate gel combined with white cement. The use of white cement reduces the discolouration of natural stone and marble cladding.
- The silicate gel has the unique ability to bind water. The gel fills the pores formed at the stage of adhesive setting through the network of inorganic bonds. Accumulation of a part of the mixing water ensures complete cement hydration, regardless of the type of the tiles. The possibility of fitting any type of cladding, both absorbent and non-absorbent.
- The use of silicate gel technology offers the following benefits:
• The use of white cement reduces the chance of discolouration of natural stone, glass and marble.
• the possibility of fitting any type of cladding, both absorbent and non-absorbent,
• it is possible to adjust the consistency of the adhesive to the individual preferences of the contractor and the needs of the project, by dosing water over a much wider range than with traditional adhesives,
• safe bonding of tiles on substrates exposed to direct sunlight, both during tiling work and while the adhesive mortar is setting (e.g. on balconies, terraces, etc.).
Main properties:
- limits the chance of discolouration on natural stone and marble
- deformability S1
- for the most demanding substrates – OSB, floors with underfloor heating
- grouting is possible after just 12 h
- No cladding run-off – provides the opportunity to glue the cladding from the top, without the need to support it at the installation stage.
- High stability of large-format tiles (even with an area of more than> 5 m2) laid on horizontal substrates – the tiles do not sink in the mortar layer.
- 3 in 1 evening-up / tile application / evening-up and tile application in one step
- application temperature 5-35 stopni
- for micro, small, medium, large and XXL tiles, even larger than 5 m²
- foil bag

Consumption:
The values below will be true only on correctly prepared, even substrate. If the substrate is highly textured the consumption will increase. When using the combination tiling method the consumption will increase significantly.
Average consumption:
- Mosaic tiles 2x2cm fitted on the wall, trowel notch 4mm, 1.3 kg/m2
- Tiles 30x60cm fitted on the wall, trowel notch 8mm, 2.5 kg/m2
- Tiles 60x60cm fitted on the floor, trowel notch 12mm, 3.5 kg/m2
- Tiles 90x90cm fitted on the floor, trowel notch round 12mm, 4.6 kg/m2
- “Wood Parquet” Tiles e.g. 20x90cm fitted on the floor, trowel notch 12mm, 4.6 kg/m2 (semi-liquid texture – 8.25 l water per 25 kg adhesive)
