Hydrophobic Varnish Fox Dekorator [15m2] 1L

Hydrophobic varnish is a transparent, colourless varnish. It’s used for protective painting of plaster and paint surfaces, leaving a satin finish on walls and ceilings inside buildings. It is recommended for rooms with high humidity: – in housing construction (e.g. kitchen, bathroom), – in SPA zones and hotel pools, – in places that require careful protection of the wall surfaces against moisture.

Main properties

• seals the surface
• reduces absorptiveness (water absorption, capillary absorption according to PN-EN 1062-3: Class III)
• the colours appear more saturated
• the surface becomes washable with a damp cloth
• deep penetrating
• can be used as a decorative feature with glitter or mika
• can be used with pigment to create a watercolour effect – please refer to how-to videos of ‘antique sandstone’ or ‘travertine with stencils’ for more information.

Place of use: walls and ceilings indoors.

Substrate type: plasters, concrete, plasterboards, wood-like and any sound, previously cleaned and prepared substrates.
