DOOR LEAF CONSTRUCTION

Honeycomb or hollow chipboard core (at an extra charge) reinforced with rails and stiles. Models 1.4, 1.7 – chipboard core, 4.B – hollow chipboard core. The door leaf is coverd with HDF board. 4.A and 4.B models come with 8 mm thick, laminated safety glass, which is an element of the construction Hollow chipboard core and chipboard core have preparation for shortening as a standard Size ‘110’ is available only with chipboard. Glazing size is the same as for size ‘100’. With the “reinforcement for door closer” and width options Size ‘100’ & 110’ requires a third hinge.

Technical Information

FINISH

lipping ABS on the side edges. Inlays – black or silver, 6 mm wide. Glass – models group 1 and 7: frosted tempered, transparent; models group 4: frosted laminated safety glass, 8 mm. Black glazing is available for model 4.A (optionally at extra charge) The door leaf is finished with a Gladstone/Halifax board (with structure), a door frame is finished with matching CPL veneer 0,2 mm.

  • Norm PN EN 14351-2:2018-12.
  • Preparation for shortening is not available for models in group 4.
  • Size ‘100’ and ‘110’ is not available for models 1.4, 7.4.
  • Size ‘110’ is not available for models of gr. 4.
  • Fixed size of glass panel -model 4.A.
  • Double doors are available in any door leaf size combinations. For a double non-re bated door, ‚active’ and ‚passive’ door leaves must be ordered
  • Magnetic lock is not available for a double door
  • Passive door leaves must be ordered in size „60” do „100”. passive doors in size „30”, „40”, „50” only in the plain version
  • In double non-rebated door leaves, there are active and passive leaves in sizes ’60’ to ‘100’.
  • Size ‘80’ and ‘90’ in investment norm (clear opening width 800, 900 mm) available as a standard (applies to gr. 1 and 7) – without extra charge.
  • PRIME hinges or 3D hinges – packed with a door frame.
  • Thanks to TechnoPORTA AQUA STOP technology door leaves fi nished with CPL HQ have lower edges protected against humidity.

PLEASE NOTE!

The door leaf is covered with a highly compressed board with a very fine fibre structure. Thanks to its high density, the board guarantees resistance to impacts, abrasion and scratches
