Description
AATLAS SILICONE HYBRID RENDER is a thin-coat render used on façades as a decorative finishing plaster with a grainy, pebble-type texture. Also suitable for indoor use. Recommended:
- when insulating the wall from the outside using polystyrene (EPS) as described by Atlas in the ETICS system specification.
- on even, well-prepared and primed mineral surfaces e.g. concrete, lime and lime-concrete plasters.
- especially recommended for buildings close to roads and industrial estates
Main properties:
- ELASTICITY AND STRENGTH – the formula provides improved elasticity and resistance to impacts; render compensates stress resulting from the impact and is highly resistant to chipping
- BIO PROTECTION – creates unfavourable conditions for fungi and algae growth due to low water absorption and acid-alkaline reaction.
- LOW ABSORBENCY – prevents moisture penetration into its structure – therefore surface keeps the wall dry and dirt-free.
- COLOUR DURABILITY – advanced technology provides colour durability resulting from the application of modern pigments and computer-controlled system of dozing – the render keeps its initial colour and is more resistant to bleaching and UV radiation.
- ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY – render recipe was designed in accordance to the sustainable development aspects: maximally reduced amount of volatile organic compounds and use of natural fillers only.
- Machine application possible using suitable spray aggregates.
Main characteristics:
- grain: 1,5 mm
- spotted texture
Consumption
Average consumption for manual application depends on the evenness of the substrate and is approximately <2.5 kg per 1 m².
Average consumption when applied mechanically is lower than that stated for manual application. Please estimate the consumption of the render on your project by doing a test wall.
Despite every effort to provide accurate images of each product’s colour and texture, actual colours and texture may vary. We strongly recommend visiting our showroom to view samples of renders and paints. Tinted renders and paints are considered customised products and are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
